1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by check (U.S. currency only), MasterCard, and VISA.


2. Is there a minimum order required?

We have no minimum order amount, but we do ship in case quantities where applicable, such as with High Five exam gloves and the Excel serological pipets.


3. What are your terms for invoicing?

All invoices are net 30 days.


4. May I get a sample of a product?

In most cases we can provide you with sample material.


5. How quickly is my order processed?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours unless indicated otherwise.


6. I don't see a price list.  How do I know how much everything costs?
